  • Why should i get my windows cleaned regularly?

    Window cleaning is required from factors of which are external, such as dust, pollution, bird droppings and pollen. When it rains, raindrops cling to such dirt and therefore increases the frequency in which you may be required to have your windows cleaned to ensure their clean and shine. If windows are left dirty during long periods of rainfall this can cause irreparable damage to your windows.

  • Do you clean the windows in the rain?

    The answer is yes. You may think its unnecessary and counterproductive to have your windows cleaned in the rain. This in fact is a myth! Professional window cleaners can achieve the highest quality shine and sparkle come rain or shine! Weather conditions will not effect the outcome and quality of our service to you.


    If your windows are cleaned proffesionally by us, the raindrops will not cling to the glass, they will simply wash away.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following methods of payment.

  • Do i need to be present when your cleaning the windows?

    If the service you require is external then no you do not need to be present as long as we have access to the rear of the house via side access or back gate access.

  • Do you clean the window sills on each clean?

    We clean and wash down all window sills on every clean we do at no extra cost. If your window sills need extra attention depending on condition then we have a deep clean on the window sill service that you may want to have. Prices vary for this service.


  • Do you not dry the windows after they've been cleaned?

    With our reach and wash system we use our purified water that runs through our water fed pole (WFP) cleans your windows and then rinses off any dirt molecules on the window and will dry itself leaving no streaks or spotting on your windows leaving your windows with a CLEAR FINISH.

  • How often should i have my windows cleaned?

    Every customer is different, We cover residential weekly cleans from every 4,6, and 8 weeks. We cover commercial weekly cleans starting from every week.

    We do reccomend having a residential weekly clean every 4-6  weeks.

  • Do you clean the windows traditionally?

    Every house is different and every customer is different so we always accept every customers preference. However we follow strict health & safety guidelines and where possible as long as its safe we will use a ladder and clean windows traditionally. The technique we like to use when cleaning windows safely is using our reach & wash system water fed pole on all top windows and traditonally cleaning the windows by hand on all bottom windows.


    If the customer requires the whole house to be traditonally cleaned this will incur a increased price to the service.
